What do you need to do?

  1. Once you fill our the repair request form we'll usually get back to you within 48 hours.
  2. If we are able to repair your shoes we'll respond with a quote and the amount due
  3. Once you pay for your repair you can send them to us with your choice of carrier. Our address is 5355 South Florida Ave, Lakeland, FL, 33813. Please note: We only ship within the United States.
  4. Please include your name, phone number, and order number in the box so we can reach out if there are any issues.
